Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Together 1.0 iPhone app handles information. Together is developed by Oscar Sanchez under the Metisian Technologies brand. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to togethercouplesfinance@gmail.com.
Local-first finance planning
Together lets you enter household names, account labels and balances, income and expense records, budget categories, pay-cycle settings, savings goals, recurring-item plans, and receipt details. In the launch version, these records are saved in Together’s local app storage on your iPhone.
Together does not ask for bank credentials, connect to a bank, operate a Together account, move money, or synchronize household finance records through a developer-operated cloud service.
Information collected through the app
The launch version does not transmit your Together finance-plan records to the developer. It does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, developer analytics, third-party analytics, or a support-chat SDK.
App Store purchases
Together uses Apple’s StoreKit services to display, purchase, verify, and restore the optional Together Lifetime In-App Purchase. Apple processes App Store purchase activity under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Together reads purchase entitlement information needed to unlock the feature; purchase history does not contain or back up your local finance-plan records.
User-directed exports
You may prepare a Together JSON export and choose where to save or share it. Once an export leaves Together’s app storage, the destination you select controls that copy. Protect exported files carefully. The developer does not receive an export unless you separately choose to send it to the support address or another developer-controlled destination.
Support communications
If you email support, the developer receives your email address, the message, and any information you choose to include. That information is used to respond, troubleshoot, maintain appropriate records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Do not send financial exports, bank credentials, full account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive finance data in a support email.
Device authentication and security
When available, Together can ask iOS to verify the device owner with Face ID or the device passcode before opening the app or performing certain sensitive actions. Together does not receive or store your Face ID biometric template.
Together requests iOS file-protection controls for its local data. No device or software can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep iOS updated, use a strong device passcode, and protect exported copies.
Retention and deletion
Local Together records remain on the device until you edit or erase them, delete the app, replace the plan with a compatible restore, or iOS otherwise removes the app’s storage. The in-app Erase All Local Data action deletes the active local plan and prepared temporary exports inside Together. It does not erase an export already saved elsewhere or change Apple’s purchase records.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, keep business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the privacy email, subject to records that must be retained by law or for legitimate security and business purposes.
Children
Together is a general-audience household planning utility and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Your choices
You control the information entered into Together. You can edit records, erase the local plan in Settings, delete the app, or contact the privacy email about support correspondence. Privacy rights may vary by jurisdiction; requests will be handled as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. A future feature that adds bank connectivity, cloud backup, remote sync, analytics, diagnostics collection, or another data recipient will require a policy and App Store privacy review before release. The effective date above identifies the current version.
